Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

If you cancel your order after 24 hours, the item may have already been processed and shipped. We will attempt to intercept and recall the package.

If you have already received the package, please contact us to confirm the return address and return it at your own expense. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery and notify us accordingly.

Limited Warranty Overview

This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty that provides rights in addition to those granted under applicable consumer protection laws, which may vary by state or jurisdiction.

If your Yesoul Fitness Product is found to be defective, you may choose to make a claim under this Limited Warranty or, where applicable, under your statutory consumer rights.

1. What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers Yesoul Fitness Products purchased directly from Yesoul or from its authorized resellers. “Yesoul Fitness Product” includes new or refurbished Yesoul Bikes, Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Recumbent Bikes, Accessories, and Customer-Paid Replacement Parts.

2. Warranty Period

a. The Limited Warranty period begins on the original date of purchase of the Yesoul Fitness Product, as shown on the proof of purchase.

b. The applicable Warranty Period is one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

c. The delivery date, installation date, or first-use date does not affect the commencement of the Warranty Period.

d. All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable Warranty Period.

e. Any component repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or any longer period required by applicable law.

3. Conditions of the Limited Warranty

a. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original gift recipient, provided the product was purchased from Yesoul or an authorized reseller.

b. This Limited Warranty applies solely to non-commercial, residential, indoor use. Commercial, non-residential, or outdoor use voids this Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.

c. Warranty claims may be submitted directly to Yesoul even if the product was purchased from an authorized third party.

4. What Is Not Covered

a. Normal wear and tear or aging.

b. Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

c. Software elements, connectivity services, or uninterrupted operation.

d. Non-Yesoul branded products.

e. Products missing serial numbers or reasonably believed to be stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from unauthorized sellers.

f. Products relocated outside Yesoul’s designated service regions.

g. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, external causes, electrical irregularities, environmental conditions, or use beyond intended design.

h. Data loss or costs related to data recovery.

i. Incidental, consequential, economic, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.

j. Damage or injury caused by installation, repair, relocation, or assembly performed by anyone other than a Yesoul authorized technician.

k. Commercial use or any use outside a single household.

5. What Yesoul Will Do

If a covered defect arises within the Warranty Period and a valid claim is submitted, Yesoul may, at its discretion:

a. Provide replacement parts with instructions or video guidance;

b. Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product;

c. Replace the affected component with an equivalent component; or

d. Provide a refund or partial refund, taking into account the time elapsed since the original date of purchase.

All replaced parts become the property of Yesoul.

6. How to Obtain Warranty Service

a. Upon discovering a defect, discontinue use and contact Yesoul Support.

b. You must provide:

– Serial number or order number (if applicable);

– Proof of purchase showing the original date of purchase;

– Description of the defect;

– Supporting photos or video if requested.

The delivery date shall not alter or extend the Warranty Period.

c. If return is required, Yesoul will provide instructions and may arrange collection or issue a prepaid shipping label.

d. Yesoul covers return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

7. Additional Information

a. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Yesoul’s Privacy Policy.

b. If any term of this Limited Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.

c. Disputes are subject to Yesoul’s Terms of Service.

d. To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied. Where implied warranties cannot be disclaimed, their duration is limited to the Warranty Period stated above.

e. Yesoul’s liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the product and excludes consequential or incidental damages where permitted by law.

f. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of the above may not apply.
